Terms of use, honestly worded.

1. Acceptance

By using skycang.com or any SkyCang product, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the products.

2. The services

SkyCang operates three products: ScanSheet (phone-to-spreadsheet scanning), LocalOps Studio (local-first browser tools), and TapLoop Arcade (browser games). Each product has a free tier. ScanSheet Pro and TapLoop Arcade Premium are optional paid upgrades. Product pages are the authoritative source for current features, limits, and prices.

3. Accounts

• Provide a working email address and keep your password safe.
• An account is for one person; do not share credentials.
• You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.
• You can delete your account at any time by emailing support.

4. Billing, renewals, and refunds

• ScanSheet Pro is $5/month or $45/year, billed through our payment processor Creem. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancelling stops the next renewal; access continues to the end of the paid period.
• TapLoop Arcade Premium is a one-time $4.99 purchase processed by the platform you buy it through. It removes ads and unlocks unlimited hints and undo.
• LocalOps Studio is free and does not require payment.
• Refunds are handled according to the policy of the processor that took your payment. If something went wrong, email us first — we would rather fix it than argue.
• We may change prices with advance notice; a price change never applies retroactively to a paid period.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Break the law or infringe anyone's rights while using the products.
• Attempt to bypass row limits, paywalls, or rate limits.
• Scrape, overload, or probe the services in ways that degrade them for others.
• Upload or distribute malware, or use the products to attack other systems.
• Resell the products or present them as your own.

6. Your content

You keep every right to the files, data, and content you work with. LocalOps Studio never sends your files to us, and we claim no license over them. For ScanSheet, you grant us only the minimum permission needed to sync your sheets to the accounts you connect. You are responsible for having the right to process the data you bring.

7. Our content

The products, including their code, design, artwork, and text, belong to SkyCang and are protected by copyright. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the products. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative products from them.

8. Availability and changes

We run the products on a best-effort basis — there is no uptime SLA. Maintenance, incident response, and feature work may interrupt service. We may add, change, or retire features at any time. If we discontinue a paid product, we will refund the unused portion of your paid period.

9. Third-party services

Some features rely on third parties: Google Sheets and Google Drive for ScanSheet exports and backups, payment processors for billing, and Google AdSense for advertising on TapLoop Arcade. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

10. Disclaimers

The products are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Keep your own backups of anything important.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SkyCang is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the products is limited to the greater of $50 or the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

12. Termination

You may stop using the products at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated, if required by law, or if the service is discontinued. Where practical, we will give advance notice so you can export your data.

13. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which SkyCang is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before starting any formal proceeding, please email us — most issues are solvable in one reply.

14. Changes to these terms

We will update the date above when these terms change, and material changes will be announced on the homepage or by email. Continuing to use the products after a change means you accept the updated terms.
