The line-up

Three products. One philosophy.

Each tool is a small, focused app that does one job and does it well. They share an infrastructure, a design language, and a refusal to bloat.

01 — ScanSheet

Turn the phone in your pocket into a scanner.

Aim the camera at a barcode. A row appears in the desktop spreadsheet in under 200 milliseconds — over an encrypted WebSocket, even on spotty café Wi-Fi. Edits made on the desktop stream back to the phone. Scans queued offline replay the moment you reconnect.

  • 200 ms phone-to-desktop latency on a typical network
  • 4 templates — Inventory · Event · Library · Custom
  • 3 export formats — CSV · XLSX · Google Sheets, formula-injection safe
  • Offline queue — Scans persist in IndexedDB until the socket comes back
Open ScanSheet
A phone scanning a barcode while a desktop spreadsheet receives the data live, with the last six scanned rows shown in real time.
LocalOps Studio showing its fourteen tools — CSV cleanup, PII redaction, image, PDF, QR, JSON, hash, JWT — all running locally with zero uploads.

02 — LocalOps Studio

Fourteen browser tools, zero uploads.

Drop a CSV, a PDF, an image, or a JWT. Pick a tool. Download the result. Every byte stays in your browser — the server never sees a single row of your data. No account, no API key, no telemetry, no “free trial” countdown.

  • CSV cleanup — Trim, dedupe, normalise emails on 10,000+ row files
  • PII redaction — Auto-detect emails, phones, SSNs, credit cards
  • Image tools — Resize, compress, convert between 8 formats
  • Hash & JWT — SHA-256, MD5, JWT decode, base64 — all in-browser
Open LocalOps

03 — TapLoop Arcade

Six quick games, zero commitments.

Sort, merge, memory, reflex, route, puzzle. Each one fits a coffee break — under 200 KB of JavaScript, no install, no autoplay videos, no notifications begging you to come back tomorrow. Best scores persist locally; the games themselves work offline once cached.

  • 6 games — All under 200 KB of JavaScript, PWA installable
  • Persistent scores — Stored in IndexedDB, no account required
  • No monetization — Zero ads, zero in-app purchases, zero nag screens
  • Offline — Once loaded, every game plays without a network
Open Arcade
Six colorful game tiles — Sort, Merge, Memory, Reflex, Route, Puzzle — laid out in a 2-by-3 grid with each game showing a tiny playable preview.

What we believe

Software should be quiet, useful, and honest.

SkyCang is a small studio that ships a small number of tools. We don't believe in apps that try to do everything, and we don't believe in software that watches you while you work.

01

Browser-first

No app store, no install. Open a tab and start working. The URL is the install — and the URL is also the uninstall.

02

Privacy by default

Your data lives in your browser. We don't track, profile, resell, or sync anything to our servers. The privacy policy is one paragraph because there's nothing to disclose.

03

Honest pricing

Free to try, fair to upgrade. Pro plans unlock power, not essentials. No dark patterns, no "free trial" countdowns, no locked features behind a credit card.

04

Focused tools

Each product does one thing well. No kitchen sinks, no AI hype, no feature creep. If we can't say it in a sentence, we don't ship it.

Common questions

Things people ask before they sign in.

Honest, short answers. If something here is wrong, write to us at support@skycang.com and we'll fix it.

Do I need to create an account to try a product?

No. Every product opens to a working guest session. You can scan, clean files, or play games without giving us an email. Accounts are only required if you want your work to sync across devices or to keep it past a browser cache clear.

Does LocalOps actually upload my files to a server?

No. Every tool runs in your browser using the File System Access API, the Canvas API, and Web Crypto. We never see the bytes — the network tab on every tool shows zero outbound traffic for file data. You can verify this yourself with DevTools open.

How fast does ScanSheet actually stream scans to the desktop?

On a typical café or office Wi-Fi, a scan reaches the desktop spreadsheet in 150–250 ms. We measure this in our analytics. On spotty networks, scans queue in IndexedDB on the phone and replay in order the moment the socket comes back. Nothing is dropped.

What does the Pro plan actually unlock?

Pro lifts the row cap on ScanSheet (1,000 → 10,000) and unlocks Creem-managed subscriptions and customer portal access for LocalOps. The fourteen tools and the three product cores stay free forever. We don't paywall CSV export, redaction, or any core capability.

Is the source available? Can I self-host?

The three products are deployed as static bundles plus a thin Node.js server. We don't ship a public repository at the moment, but the build is documented and reproducible — drop the static folder behind any CDN and you have a working install. Email us if you want a deployment walkthrough.

Why three products and not one big platform?

Because one product, one job, one screen is something we can ship well in a week and maintain for years. Big platforms acquire features, then retain engineers, then acquire more features. We'd rather keep the surface small and the work done than build a second Notion we'll both abandon by 2027.

Ready when you are

Three tools, one tab away.

Pick what you need. Open it. Try it. No signup wall, no upsell modal, no "free trial" countdown. Just the work — and the work done.

or say hi — we read every email.
